Med 2 Dental Expense Form

You may claim tax relief in respect of the cost of certain medical expenses paid by you. Details on the main medical expenses that qualify for relief (qualifying medical expenses) are given in the Items of Expense section on the Revenue website [//www.revenue.ie]. The Med 2 form relates to Dental Medical expenses.
